9/30: Community Prayers for Peace

Last week, our neighborhood witnessed acts of violence. As part of our response, FPCE is hosting this time of prayer as we seek the peace together in community. We will not rush into hope before first sitting with our grief and despair—first lamenting and crying out together.

We will read Scripture, sit in silence, light candles, and sing. This service will be grounded in Christian language, but all neighbors seeking sanctuary and solidarity are welcome.  Join us on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 8:00pm in the FPCE Sanctuary.
