Pentecost

Good morning.
“Make me see red!” I am not talking about an angry red. I’ve seen enough of that! Make me see the red of celebration – Pentecost Celebration. It will be a joyful Sunday:

1. We will celebrate the Sacrament of Baptism – Flo Raisig’s granddaughter will be “marked as Christ’s own forever.”
2. The Praise Ensemble will lead us in song that will make us clap our hands and receive the blessing of spiritual peace.
3. My message will wed two powerful images from scripture – God breathes life into dry bones (Ezekiel 37: 1-14) and life into the community of resurrection (Acts 2: 1-21)
