This 8th Sunday after Pentecost, the Rev. Kellie Weekly-Mills returns to the pulpit to share a sermon focusing on the familiar creation story in Genesis.  This week is part 1, titled "Creativity out of Chaos."  Tune in next week for part 2!

This week we welcome the Reverend Carol Divens Roth to our pulpit.   Rev. Divens Roth pastored several churches in Pittsburgh Presbytery, including neighboring Waverly, and has served on the presbytery staff. She is currently co-chair of the presbytery Executive Committee. She and her husband Mark, a retired journalist, just celebrated their 51st anniversary.  Her sermon, titled "I Am Number 26," focuses on Matthew 25:31-40.  A mix of old and new hymns complement the scriptures and theme.

Worship for the 6th Sunday after Pentecost includes a message from Exodus and Colossians by Rev. Weekley-Mills entitled "The Enigmatic God."  We sing of the great I AM with several familiar hymns and praise songs.

We welcome the Rev. Kellie Weekley-Mills to our pulpit for this 5th Sunday after Pentecost. She preaches a sermon based on Jonah 3:1-10 titled "All In!"

Born in Huntington, WV, Kellie graduated from Marshall University with a degree in Counseling and Rehabilitation, Union Theological Seminary in Virginia with a M.Div. and Presbyterian School of Christian Education with a MA in Christian Ed. Ordained by the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), she has served churches in Purseglove, WV and Mobile, AL (internships), Ashe County NC, and Pittsburgh PA (solo pastorates). She was pastor of Riverview United Presbyterian in Observatory Hill for 13 years, and currently serves as Minister at Large in Pittsburgh Presbytery as a supply preacher. She is the Volunteer Coordinator for the Repurposed Store with Living in Liberty, a non-profit working with women to bring them out of trafficking and provide services to assist them in moving forward.  Proud mother of Penn State student, Rachel.
